5. Seller Responsibility & Vehicle Listing

• The seller has the legal right or authorization to sell the vehicle.
• All information provided in the listing — including price, mileage, condition, ownership, and documents — is accurate and not misleading.
• The vehicle is not under any undisclosed loan, hypothecation, or financial liability.
• Any misrepresentation shall make the seller solely and fully liable under applicable Indian laws including the Indian Penal Code, Consumer Protection Act 2019, and Motor Vehicles Act 1988.
